These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GG Chiropractic website at painfree.ggchiropractic.com and your request for a free assessment. By using this site or submitting the assessment request form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The free assessment

The free assessment is a complimentary consultation and evaluation. Submitting the form is a request to be contacted about scheduling an assessment. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship. A doctor-patient relationship is established only after you attend an in-person visit and Dr. George formally accepts your case.

Not medical advice

The content on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional care. No guarantee of results

SMS text messaging program
